- To manage your application for vacancies at SOLTI

- Communication of your data to the SOLTI Foundation if you give us your consent, to be part of the selection processes.

- Keep your data for future processes.

- Comply with the legal obligations that apply to SOLTI.

3. Recipients of the data

Your data may be transferred to the SOLTI Foundation for the purpose of participating in the selection processes of this entity. No additional communications of your personal data will be made to third parties, unless required by law or by the competent authorities.

4. International Data Transfers

International data transfers involve a flow of personal data from European territory to recipients established in countries outside the European Economic Area (the countries of the European Union plus Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway). In the event of international transfers of your personal data, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the applicable legal requirements that may be in force at any given time will be complied with, including verification of the degree of protection of the destination country and the guarantees required by the regulations will be adopted.

- Your consent: for the creation of your user account, the transfer of your data to the SOLTI Foundation for the purpose of participating in its recruitment processes, as well as for the storage of your data for the purpose of being considered for future job vacancies. We remind you that you may revoke the consent given at any time.

- In your case, compliance with legal obligations that apply to SOLTI.

6. Conservation periods

Your personal data will only be retained if a selection procedure is open and, in this case, until the end of the procedure. If you are not selected in the selection process, we will keep your curriculum vitae for one year for subsequent selection processes. After this period, we will delete all your data from our data bases.

The data will be retained as long as you do not revoke your consent in accordance with the applicable regulations.

7. Data categories

The personal data we process have been provided to us by you when you register on our job portal. In the event that you provide us with data from third parties, you declare under your responsibility that you have the express consent of the interested parties, committing to inform them appropriately about the processing of their data in accordance with the provisions of this Policy, exempting the organization from any liability arising from non-compliance with this obligation.

SOLTI will process the following categories of personal data:

• Identification data: address, email, telephone number, name and surname.

• Academic and professional data: training, qualifications.

• Employment details: profession, jobs.

• Others: any other data that the interested party reveals in the curriculum vitae.

No processing is carried out on special categories of personal data (data that reveal ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data aimed at uniquely identifying a natural person, data relating to health or data relating to the sexual life or sexual orientation).

8. Data protection rights of the data subject

9. Updating of data

SOLTI inform you that you are not obliged to provide us with your personal data, and that these are adequate, relevant and strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are collected, however, these are essential to respond to your request or to provide the services offered.

It is important that in order for us to keep your personal data up to date, you inform us whenever there has been any change in them, otherwise, we are not responsible for the veracity of the same. You also certify that all the information you provide us with is true, valid and relevant for the purpose for which we request it, and that you provide it yourself.

10. Guarantee of Confidentiality and Security of the data

SOLTI in response to the trust placed in us and taking into account the importance in terms of protection and confidentiality required by your personal data, informs you that it has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, availability, integrity and resilience of its systems and treatment services. 11. Changes to our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy has been updated in July 2025. SOLTI reserves the right to modify its data protection policy in the event that there is a change in current legislation, jurisprudential doctrine or by its own business criteria.
